People & Partnerships
Having the right mix of people, experience, and expertise for all our services provides an essential skill set, which can be transferred across customers & channels – from Confectionery to Frozen, from Hypermarket to Corner Café.
We have a coordinated full service team covering New Product & New Supplier Sourcing, Marketing, Finance/Product Costing, Sales, Technical, and Operations/Logistics. All working together to deliver clear objectives.
Sales & Marketing
Our largest resource is Sales & Marketing, where our experienced team gives us wide reaching access to all sectors of the market.
Marketing & Brand Managers work with suppliers on annual & long term brand planning, promotions, advertising, and consumer communications from TV and billboards to social media.
The team is used to working with a range of budgets, from large scale multi-media campaigns, to a more targeted approach to get the most from a limited spend.
Our Sales Team partner with customers, to understand their needs, philosophy & strategy, and to identify the product mix to fit.
To launch and develop food brands we consider it vital to understand the ‘whole story’ around our products, from changing consumer tastes, to market & cultural trends, and the needs and ethos of both our supply & customer partners.
For presentations to customers this means pairing an understanding of local & channel trends with data & statistics, to provide insights on fit, opportunity, pricing, and profitability.
Our Category and Shopper Marketing Controller (the market data man) works closely with the Brand Marketing & Sales Teams to create the right mix of hard data, product range choices, promotional plans, and consumer activation to meet the needs of retailers – and to get consumers the products they need and enjoy.
It’s an easy thing to say, but we wouldn’t have a business without an exceptional Operations & Logistical team. They forecast & liaise with factory teams, deliver the goods, work with import authorities, anticipate & troubleshoot problems.
Our Customer Services team liaise directly with their counterparts at customers’ teams, and ensure that their requirements are met in full and on time.
Our qualified In-house Technical Team work closely with customers and suppliers to ensure the quality, safety, and legality of our products (both branded & private label).
Euro Food Brands is proud to be certified at the highest level for the new BRC Global Standards for Agents & Brokers, and for Storage & Distribution.
This will become an essential requirement for supplying larger UK customers, and we consider it an important driver to maintain & improve quality & standards within our business.
Our Technical Managers work with factory teams on product development, supplier approval, specifications and audits.
This team is also responsible for our clear Company Quality & Ethical policies, and team training.
